~ Braised Lamb Shank with ‘Viño Tinto Jus’ 

Fall off the bone shank of Wicklow lamb oven braised 6 hours with creamy buttered

mash potato & mixed roast vegetables with a ‘Vino Tinto’ Rioja red wine Jus reduction.

~ Picaderos Beer Battered Fish & Chips

Fresh Fillet of natural Hake prepared in a homemade crispy ‘Madri Exceptional’ beer batter, served with chips, homemade Tartar sauce & warm Mushy peas.

 

~ Spanish ‘Albóndigas’ Meatballs with Tapas ‘Patatas Bravas’.

Melt in the mouth spicy meatballs that are prepared in a rich Andalusian style vine tomato sauce with garlic & paprika.  Served with spicy Patatas ‘Bravas’ & mixed salad.

– Chargrilled Striploin Steak ‘de Rosario’. (Supplement €7.50)

30 day hung & aged tender 10oz prime Striploin Steak cooked Argentinean ‘Asado’ style on the open flame lava rock grill.  Served with choice of sauces, and with rustic chips & fresh mixed salad.  (CF)

 

~ Chicken Pollo Marbella

Pan fried slices of chicken breast, sliced spicy Spanish Chorizo sausage & sautéed onions in a rich creamy vine tomato & white wine sauce.  Served on a bed of creamy mashed potato.

– Cuban bbq Pork Ribs and Wings Combo

Combo of Morgan Spiced Rum, Honey & Irish Whiskey marinated BBQ Pork Ribs & tangy Chicken Wings basted in a J.D. BBQ Glaze with spicy Patatas ‘Bravas’ & mixed salad.

 

– Wild Seabass al ajillo    (CF)

Pan Fried fresh fillet of Wild Sea Bass with surf calms, mixed diced peppers, capers in garlic lemon butter sauce with a hint of chilli.  Served on a bed of creamed mash potatoes with charred Asparagus Spears.

The traditional famous Spanish Saffron rice dish from Valencia with onions, peas & peppers:
