~ Braised Lamb Shank with ‘Viño Tinto Jus’ 

Fall off the bone shank of Wicklow lamb oven braised 6 hours with creamy buttered mash potato & mixed roast vegetables with a ‘Vino Tinto’ Rioja red wine Jus reduction.

~ Picaderos Beer Battered Fish & Chips

Fresh Fillet of natural Hake prepared in a homemade crispy ‘San Miguel’ beer batter, served with chips, homemade Tartar sauce & warm Mushy peas.                    

~ Spanish ‘Albóndigas’ Meatballs with Tapas ‘Patatas Bravas’.

Melt in the mouth spicy meatballs that are prepared in a rich Andulcian style vine tomato sauce with garlic & paprika.  Served with spicy Patatas ‘Bravas’ & mixed salad.

– Chargrilled Striploin Steak ‘de Rosario’ (Supplement €6.50) 

30 day hung & aged tender 10oz prime Striploin Steak cooked Argentinean ‘Asado’ style on the open flame lava rock grill.  Served with choice of sauces, and with rustic chips & fresh mixed salad.  (CF)

 

~ Chicken Pollo Marbella

Pan fried slices of chicken breast, sliced spicy Spanish Chorizo sausage & sautéed onions in a rich creamy vine tomato & white wine sauce.  Served on a bed of creamy mashed potato.

– Spanish Style Cod “Bacalao” (Fresh Fish Supplement €5.00) 

Pan-fried fresh fillet of Spanish style Cod served with tender baby potatoes and a warm hearty roasted garlic, pimento pepper, olive & caper vine cherry tomato Ragu sauce.

 

– Vegetarian Rice Paella  (V) (CF)

Traditional Spanish rice dish cooked in Saffron & mixed spices, onions, asparagus, mushrooms, courgettes, aubergine, tomatoes, peas & mixed peppers.

– A mixed Spanish Chorizo Sausage & Chicken option available – €3.25 supplement

Flour tortilla stuffed with refried beans, Mexican rice & Taco spice minced beef, topped with Ranchero sauce, melted Habanero Jack cheese, lettuce, sour cream, guacamole & ‘Pie de Galo’ salsa Roja.

 

– Sizzling Chicken Fajitas (Vegetarian /Marinated Beef Strips Fajita also available)

Sliced fajita spiced chicken breast with marinated Smokey onions & mixed peppers in a spicy salsa; served in a cast iron sizzling pan with soft flour tortillas, homemade guacamole, sour cream, ‘Pie de Galo’ Salsa Roja & Monterey Jack cheddar cheese.

– BBQ Beef Burger Cooked medium well & Served with rustic chips & garnished with salad.

8oz Hereford 100% pure Irish Beef Burger with melted Cheese, Jack Daniels BBQ sauce, pickled cucumber & stacked Smoked Tobacco Onions     (Add Crispy Streaky Bacon – €1.25 extra)

– ‘Piri-Piri’ Chicken Burger Served with rustic chips & garnished with salad.

Chicken breast basted with homemade Portuguese Hot Piri-Piri Spices, char-grilled on the lava rocks grill & served with slices of pickled cucumber & garlic Aioli Mayonnaise.

– ‘Falafel’ Vegetarian Burger (V) Served with rustic chips & garnished with salad.

Homemade chickpea & spring onion Falafel burger with MontereyJack Cheddar Cheese, crispy mixed leaf salad & homemade spicy Jalapeño Relish & Sour Cream.
