Christmas Party Group Evening Menu
3 Courses – €40.00 per person
Aperitif on arrival: Glass of Homemade crisp Sangría; Glass of Festive warm home-made Mulled wine; Glass of House Wine (From Barrel), glass of Prosecco or Glass of Spanish San Miguel or a non-alcoholic drink for all those Designated Drivers!
~ Starters~
Combination Tapas Platter – to share (1 per every 2 people);
BBQ char grilled spicy ‘Piri Piri’ Prawn Skewers with Mojito Chilli & Lime Mayo; Cubed deep fried ‘Patatas Bravas’ with a spicy tomato sauce; Jamón Iberico Croquettas with garlic dip; Sticky Honey BBQ Chorizo; & Spanish Toast with grated plum tomato, garlic & basil & Roasted Almonds & Spanish Olives.
~Main Courses~
- Char grilled ‘Asado’ Striploin Steak (Steak Supplement €6.50) 30 day hung & aged tender 10oz prime Striploin Steak cooked Argentinean ‘Asado’ style on the open flame lava rock grill. Served with rustic seasoned cubed Spanish potatoes, grilled cherry vine tomatoes & stacked Smoked Tobacco Onions. Please ask server for choice of sauces.
- Roasted Chicken Supreme
Oven roasted corn-fed chicken Supreme, served with grilled smoky Spanish chorizo sausage, seasoned tender baby potatoes, butternut squash purée & a roast chicken jus reduction. (CF)
- Braised Venison Shank
Slowly oven braised shank of Wild Irish Venison; with mixed seasonal spices, garlic cloves & a Portuguese Port & red currant Jus reduction. Served with buttered mash potato, cauliflower purée & spicy red cabbage. (CF)
- Cuban ‘Asado’ BBQ Pork Ribs. (CF)
Slow oven cooked juicy baby back Pork Ribs basted in an Irish Whiskey Honey Glaze, char – grilled on the lava rock open flame grill & drowned in sweet & sticky Captain MorganTM rum barbecue sauce. Served with spicy ‘Patatas Bravas’ & Ranchero onion Lasso rings.
- Oven Baked Wild Seabass (Fresh Fish Supplement €6.00)
Oven baked fresh fillet of Wild Sea Bass served with sliced tender baby potatoes, wild crisp & salty sea samphire, oven roasted vine tomatoes & surf clams in a light lemon butter sauce. (CF)

“Chimichanga”

Deep fried soft flour tortilla parcel stuffed with shredded chicken, tomato sauce, Jack cheddar cheese, spring onions, garlic, chilli & Jalapeños & topped with sour cream, ‘Pico de Gallo’ salsa Roja & guacamole with refried black beans & Mexican rice.

- Chicken & Chorizo Rice Paella (CF) (Vegetarian option also available)

Traditional Spanish rice dish cooked in saffron & mixed spices with succulent chicken & spicy Spanish chorizo sausage with peas & mixed peppers.

- A Mixed Meat, Seafood & Fish (Paella Valenciana) is also available – €5.00 supplement.

- Breaded Portobello Mushroom Burger (V) 

Served with rustic chips & garnished with salad.Deep-fried breaded Aubergine & Portobello Mushroom Burger stuffed with ‘Buche de Chèvre’ mild tangy flavoured Goats-cheese & Sundried Tomatoes with peppery Rocket leaves & a homemade spicy Jalapeño Relish.

- Chicken, Chorizo & Manchego Burger

Served with rustic chips & garnished with salad. BBQ Char-grilled Chicken Breast Burger topped with aged Manchego cheese, thinly slice Pamplona Chorizo sausage, garlic Aioli mayonnaise, mixed local leaves & delicious Canary Island paprika, garlic & lime Mojo Picon sauce. (CF)

- “Desperado” Beef Burger

Our Beef Burgers are 100% Prime Irish Beef & are seasoned – with nothing else added. Cooked medium well & Served with rustic chips & garnished with salad. Char grilled 8oz Hereford Beef Burger topped melted Monterey Jack Cheddar Cheese, topped with homemade cured Ranchero style streaky Bacon, Jack Daniels BBQ sauce, deep fried beer battered onion rings & pickles.

The chef has arranged a sharing dessert platter containing a selection of mini puddings, treats, sweets & seasonal desserts for your group to enjoy.
