- Chicken Quesadillas (Vegetarian option also available) Flour Tortillas filled with shredded chicken , fresh tomatoes, onions, guacamole, jalapenos & melted jack cheddar cheese & topped with salsa rioja and sour cream.

Nachos Picaderos (V) 

Salted Mexican Tortilla chips served warm with melted Jack cheddar cheese, black beans, homemade ‘Pie de Galo’ Salsa Roja, sour cream, fresh guacamole & Jalapeños.

Crispy deep fried flutes of rolled flour tortilla filled with shredded chicken, tomato, coriander & cumin & topped with ‘Pico de Galo’ Salsa, Guacamole & Sour Cream.

Deep fried Samosas filled with mince-beef, mixed vegetables & spices with a spicy Salsa Chimichurri.

- Grilled Prawn Skewers (€3.25 Supplement)

Lightly marinated spicy Char grilled prawn skewers, served on a bed of peppery rocket salad with Chipotle Smoked Jalapeño Adobo Aioli dressing.

- Tacos de Carne (Vegetarian option also available)

Tacos shells filled with taco meat & ‘Pico de Galo’ salsa of peppers, onions, tomatoes, chillies, lime juice & coriander. Garnished with mixed leaf salad.

30 day hung & aged tender 10oz prime Striploin Steak cooked on the open flame lava rock grill.  Served with your choice of sauce (please ask your server), and with rustic chips & fresh mixed salad.

- Chilli & Lime “Cod” Capsicum (CF) (€6.00 Supplement)            

Fresh oven baked fillet of Cod served on a bed of cilantro rice with a gorgeous homemade Mexican salsa of onion, garlic, capers, olives, red ‘capsicum’ peppers, chillies & freshly squeezed lime juice.

Deep fried soft flour tortilla parcel stuffed with shredded chicken, tomato sauce, Jack cheddar cheese, spring onions, garlic, chilli & Jalapeños & topped with sour cream, ‘Pie de Galo’ salsa Roja & guacamole with refried black beans & Mexican rice.

- Sizzling Chicken Fajitas (Vegetarian option also available)

Sliced fajita spiced chicken breast with marinated Smokey onions & mixed peppers in a spicy salsa; served in a cast iron sizzling pan with soft flour tortillas, homemade guacamole, sour cream, ‘Pie de Galo’ Salsa Roja & Jack cheddar cheese.

Ground taco mince beef meat, crisp shredded lettuce, fresh chopped tomatoes, ‘Pie de Galo’ salsa Roja, Sour Cream, Guacamole & melted Jack cheese served in an edible crispy tortilla basket.

- Chicken Tequila Salad 

Strips of char-grilled Chicken Breast marinated in a Cilantro, Lime, Tequila & Sweet Chilli Glaze on a bed of mixed local leaves, onions, cucumbers and mixed peppers.

- Mexican Beef Burger Cooked medium well & Served with rustic chips & garnished with salad. 

Char grilled 8oz Hereford Beef Burger marinated in Mexican Taco spices topped with Jalapeños, roasted Piquillo peppers, melted Monterey Jack cheese, homemade ‘Pie de Galo’ Salsa Roja, fresh guacamole & Chipotle Smoked Jalapeño Adobo Aioli.  Served with a side of Sour cream.

- Sorbet Mexicano

Refreshing Tropical Sorbet served with a splash of Tequila & homemade Passion fruit & honey syrup.

- Chilli Churros

Sugared doughnut sticks coated in sugar, cinnamon, smoked spiced paprika served with homemade Belgian chocolate sauce with a hint of chilli & a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

Classic Mexican cocktail consisting of tequila, triple sec, lime juice & San Pellegrino Lemonata soda; Served with salted rimmed glass.
