Tapas Sharing Platter (Serves two only – Starter must be ordered for two people sharing)

Marinated Chicken ‘Pincho’ Skewers, Catalán Style Plum Tomato Bread, Spicy Patatas ‘Bravas’, homemade Spicy Tomato Meatballs, Olives & Mixed Salad.

 

Chilli & Lime Chicken Wings (CF available)

Bucket of juicy & tender Chicken wings marinated in a delicious in-house spicy Frank’s sauce with a Mojito chilli & lime mix.

Catalán Tomato & Aged Manchego Cheese Toasts (V)

Catalán style thick slices of toasted bread with garlic, basil, plum grated tomatoes and olive oil, topped with mature Spanish Manchego DOP sheep cheese shavings.

Grilled Prawn Skewers (CF)

Duo of char grilled prawns on the skewer, lightly marinated in Piri Piri spices, served on a bed of peppery rocket salad with Manchego cheese shavings & a Balsamic reduction salsa.

 

~ Platos Principales / Main Courses ~

Chicken ‘Pollo’ Marbella (CF)

Pan-fried chicken breast, sliced spicy Spanish Chorizo sausage & sautéed onions in a rich creamy vine tomato & white wine sauce.  Served on a bed of creamy mashed potato.

Braised Wicklow Lamb (CF)

Fall off the bone shank of Wicklow lamb oven braised 6 hours with creamy buttered mash potato & mixed roast vegetables with a ‘Vino Tinto’ Rioja red wine Jus reduction. (CF)

Pan Fried Seabass (CF)

Pan Fried fresh fillet of Wild Sea Bass with surf clams, mixed diced peppers & capers in a garlic lemon butter sauce with a hint of chilli on a bed of creamed mash potatoes and charred Asparagus Spears.

Flamed ‘Asado’ Striploin Steak (€7.50 Steak supplement)

30 day hung & aged tender 10oz prime Striploin Steak cooked Argentinean ‘Asado’ style on the open flame lava rock grill. Served with choice of sauce, and with rustic chips & fresh mixed salad.

~ Homemade Lentil & Mushroom Vegan-“Meatballs” with Tapas ‘Patatas Bravas’ (CF available)

Hand-rolled & homemade green lentil & mushroom “no”-meatballs in a spicy tomato salsa.

Served with spicy Patatas ‘Bravas’ & mixed crispy leaf salad.

 BBQ Beef Burger .

Cooked medium well & Served with rustic chips & garnished with salad.

8oz Hereford 100% pure Irish Beef Burger with melted Cheese, Jack Daniels BBQ sauce, pickled cucumbers & stacked Smoked Tobacco Onions.

 

Paella Main Course (CF).

The traditional famous Spanish Saffron rice dish from Valencia with onions, peas & mixed peppers:

  • Spanish Chorizo Sausage & Chicken option is available.
  • A mixed Vegetable dish is available.
  • A Mixed Meat, Seafood & Fish (Paella Valenciana) is also available – €5.50 supplement.

‘Los Amantes’ Sharing Plate (Serves two – Dessert order for two people sharing)

A duo of marshmallow, strawberry & blueberries skewers & warm Spanish style sugared doughnut sticks; served with a dipping pot of rich chocolate sauce & rich flavoured Toffee ice cream to fight over!!

 

La Muerte por el Chocolate (Death by Chocolate!).

Rich chocolate cake with lashings of melted Belgian chocolate sauce served warm with Vanilla ice cream.

 

 ‘Ferrero Rocher’ Cheesecake

Luxury & decadent white chocolate cheesecake with hazelnut chocolate centre, topped with a classic hazelnut & chocolate Ferrero Rocher sweet.

 Strawberry Ice Cream Sundae Deluxe

A mix of premium strawberry ice cream, vanilla ice cream, white chocolate shavings & fresh strawberries served with a warm homemade strawberry coulis & fresh whipped cream Chantilly.  To die for!

– Known as a Spring Cocktail, the Bramble brings together dry gin, fresh lemon juice, simple Syrup & Chambord & crushed ice.

*Aperol Strawberry Sour*  €14.00

– A classic Sour cocktail with a seasonal twist! A combination of Tequila, Aperol & homemade Strawberry purée with egg whites, lemon juice and Angostura bitters.

*Bacon-Rinsed & Smoked Cherrywood Old Fashioned*  €14.00

– Homemade Bacon fat rinsed bourbon with sweet vanilla & honey syrup, Angostura and Old Fashioned Bitters. Smoked with burnt cherrywood.
