Catalán Tomato & Aged Manchego Cheese Toasts (V)

Catalán style thick slices of toasted bread with garlic, basil, plum grated tomatoes, topped with Manchego cheese shavings.    Gluten Free Toasts available on request

– BBQ Chicken Wings (CF available)

Juicy & tender Chicken wings tossed in a Jack Daniels bourbon smoky BBQ sauce.

– Torpedo Tiger Prawns

Deep-fried crispy Tiger prawns in panko breadcrumbs served with fresh chilli shavings, lime wedges & a zesty sweet chilli dip.

~ Manchego Cheese Croquetas with honey drizzle (CF) (V)                                  

Homemade breaded Manchego cheese croquettes with a sesame seed and honey drizzle.

– San Miguel Beer Battered Fish & Chips

Fresh Fillet of natural Hake prepared in a homemade crispy ‘San Miguel™’ beer batter, with rustic chips, homemade Tartar sauce & warm Mushy peas.

– Spanish ‘Albóndigas’ Meatballs with Tapas ‘Patatas Bravas’.

Melt in the mouth spicy meatballs that are prepared in a rich Andulcian style vine tomato sauce with garlic & paprika.  Served with spicy Patatas ‘Bravas’ & mixed crispy leaf salad.

– Wild Mushroom Chicken (CF)

Pan roasted chicken breast cooked in a delicious white wine, cream, onion & sautéed Wild Mushroom sauce; served on a bed of creamy buttered mashed potatoes.

– Braised Lamb Shank with ‘Viño Tinto Jus’ (CF)

Fall off the bone shank of Wicklow lamb oven braised 6 hours with creamy buttered mash potato & mixed roast vegetables with a ‘Vino Tinto’ Rioja red wine Jus reduction.

 

– Wild Seabass al Ajillo (CF)

Pan Fried fresh fillet of Wild Sea Bass in a hearty Spanish black olive tomato salsa sauce with a touch of chilli.  Served on a bed of creamed mash potatoes with sauteed surf calms, charred asparagus spears & baby carrots

– Flamed ‘Asado’ Striploin Steak (€7.50 Steak supplement)

30 day hung & aged tender 10oz prime Striploin Steak cooked Argentinean ‘Asado’ style on the open flame lava rock grill. Served with choice of sauce, and with rustic chips & fresh mixed salad.   Please ask your server for choice of sauces available.  (CF)

The traditional famous Spanish Saffron rice dish from Valencia with onions, peas & mixed peppers.  Three different varieties available:

  • Spanish Chorizo Sausage & Chicken option is available.
  • A mixed Vegetable dish is available.
  • A Seafood & Fish (Paella de Marisco) dish is available – €6.00 supplement.

~ Homemade Lentil & Mushroom Vegan-“Meatballs” with Tapas ‘Patatas Bravas’.

Hand-rolled & homemade green lentil & mushroom “no”-meatballs in a spicy tomato salsa.

Served with spicy Patatas ‘Bravas’ & mixed crispy leaf salad.

Rich chocolate cake with lashings of melted Belgian chocolate sauce served warm with Vanilla ice cream.

Traditional after dinner coffee cocktail with Vanilla Vodka, Coffee Liqueur, Salted Caramel Syrup & freshly brewed double espresso coffee

Spanish style sugared doughnut sticks with Belgian chocolate sauce & vanilla ice cream.

– Tarta De Santiago

Almond & Pear Flan coated in icing sugar; served warm with a scoop of ice cream.
