Homemade breaded croquettes filled with béchamel, caramelised red onion and aged Spanish Manchego cheese with a sesame seed and honey drizzle.

Pan roasted chicken breast, sliced spicy Spanish Chorizo sausage & sautéed onions in a rich creamy Vine tomato & white wine sauce. Served on a bed of creamy mashed potato & garnished with black olive tapenade & roasted carrot curls.
– Braised Lamb Shank with ‘Viño Tinto Jus’ (cf)
Fall off the bone shank of Wicklow lamb oven braised 6 hours with creamy buttered mash potato & mixed roast vegetables with a ‘Vino Tinto’ Rioja red wine Jus reduction.
– Wild Seabass al Ajillo (CF)
Pan Fried fresh fillet of Wild Sea Bass with surf clams, mixed diced peppers & capers in a garlic lemon butter sauce with a hint of chilli on a bed of creamed mash potatoes and charred Asparagus Spears.
– Flamed ‘Asado’ Striploin Steak (€7.50 Steak supplement)
30 day hung & aged tender 10oz prime Striploin Steak cooked Argentinean ‘Asado’ style on the open flame lava rock grill. Served with choice of sauce, and with rustic chips & fresh mixed salad. Please ask your server for choice of sauces available. (CF)

Flour tortilla stuffed with Refried Pinto Beans, Mexican Saffron Rice & Taco Meat, smothered with Green Tomato ‘Tomatillo’ sauce, melted Habanero Jack cheese, crisp lettuce, sour cream, homemade guacamole & ‘Pico de Galo’ salsa Roja.
