Christmas 2023 Booking Policy

Thank you for your enquiry in relation to Christmas 2023 at Picaderos Restaurant.
Please find below information regarding our Christmas booking policy and Sample Menus.
If we can be of any further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact one of our
Managers on Duty or Christmas Bookings Coordinator at 01 6292687. Please be aware
that your table is not confirmed and booked until a deposit has been taken and you have
been contacted by our Christmas Party Coordinator to confirm the reservation. We wish

Our Booking & Cancellation Policy:
Max Table Size:
– X12 people
~ Multiple tables of X8-10 people can be accommodated (set up adjacent to each other)
Deposits
A booking Deposit is required for all parties of 8 or more.
It is €10 deposit per person for tables of X8 people +. Processed by way of a Voucher Sale
–
1. Voucher purchase: €10 per person;
This can be purchased on-line on our website, in the restaurant or over the phone
using a credit/debit card.
 This voucher is a prepayment and will be used towards your final bill on the day.
 The voucher is non-transferable and non-refundable, however, it can be used for
another future occasion if not redeemed on the night.
 Final confirmation of numbers is required 48 hours prior to the date of the booking.
 Note: A charge will apply for ‘no-shows’ – NB

All Deposits are non-transferable or refundable.

Note we treat all group reservations as PROVISIONAL until the booking deposit has

been received.

Cancellation Policy:
Full cancellation for large groups is 7 days & a minimum of 48 hours is required to notify of
a reduction of numbers^ booked.
No Show Policy:
We will only charge on a deposit in the event of a late cancellation, significant reduction^ of
numbers or a complete ‘No-Show’.
^by significant means over 4 people; if a party was to reduce by 2-3 people on the day it is
not seen as a big issue; but notice of any changes in booking sizes would be greatly
appreciated as demand is extremely high over the Christmas period.

Available Group Christmas Menus

1. Early Bird Set Menu
Our €34 (3 course) Early Bird Set Menu is available throughout lunch time and early
evening until 6pm with last orders strictly at 6.15pm. We will require these tables
back on early sittings to accommodate late sitting reservations.
Note some supplements apply to certain dishes.
We allocate up to 2 hours sitting times on early reservations, with a 15 minute grace
period between sittings to allow for short delays and a clean of tables between
reservations.
Menu also includes unlimited bottles of complimentary “Ice Water™” triple filtered
premium still or sparkling water. Note some supplements apply to certain dishes.
2. €45 Evening Group Christmas Set Menu
Our €45 (3 Course) Evening Christmas Menu (available on request at any time) is
recommended for parties of 5 persons or more. Note some supplements apply to
certain dishes. Menu also includes unlimited bottles of complimentary “Ice Water™”
triple filtered premium still or sparkling water.
Our Christmas Set Menus have been designed with Groups in mind, they are hassle free &
very sociable. The Starters consist of sharing tapas platters consisting of a selection of
some of our most popular tapas dishes or individual starters. Then there is a wide
selection of A La Carte style Main Courses to choose from and an A La Carte style
selection of festive Desserts to choose from. It mixes the best of both our core food menus
in our Tapas & A La Carte menus in a sociable & hassle-free way.
In essence, once you have decided on your Drink & your Main Course then you’re ready to
go and enjoy the night! It couldn’t get any simpler!
Please note:
 Menu only available to parties of 5 or more.
 Discretionary 10% service charge will apply for groups of 8 or more.
 Please advise your server regarding any allergies or special dietary requests.
 We can adopt some of our dishes on request to Vegan, (V) Vegetarian or (CF)
Coeliac Friendly. Some of our dishes may contain nuts & other allergens (please
ask a server).
 We will always try to accommodate specific seating requests, but please note this
may not always be possible. Seating requests are viewed only as requests and
not as confirmed seating arrangements. While we will endeavour to seat parties
on one table, this may not be possible. Large parties may be split over multiple
tables adjacent to each other.
 There is a maximum table size of 10 people per table (multiple table bookings are
permitted).
 Corkage is not permitted. We have a Full Restaurant Licence with a full range of
wine, prosecco & cava, spirits, cocktails and beer on the premises.
 Only one set menu can be chosen per table / group. Note that our A La Carte
Menu & Tapas Menus will always be available during the Christmas period.
 We can split bills by tables (However prior notice is required), however, we
CANNOT split bills individually for tables of 6 or more due to operational
restrictions during the busy festive season.
