~ Starters / Primer Plato ~

– Sopa del Dia

Soup of the day; with fresh seasonal ingredients & served with fresh sliced bread.

– Catalán Tomato & Aged Manchego Cheese Toasts (V)

Catalán style thick slices of toasted bread with garlic, basil, plum grated tomatoes and olive oil, topped with mature Spanish Manchego DOP sheep cheese shavings.

Optional Add-on: A topping of Warm crispy cured Spanish Serrano Jamón ex. €3.25

 – BBQ Chicken Wings (CF)

Juicy & tender Chicken wings tossed in a Jack Daniels bourbon smoky BBQ sauce.

                                   

– Grilled Prawn Skewers (CF)

Asado Char grilled parwns lightly marinated in Piri Piri spices, served on a bed of peppery rocket salad with Manchego cheese shavings & a Balsamic reduction salsa.

– Mussels a la Marinera

Fresh Irish Rope Mussels steamed in a spicy tomato & white wine sauce with Rustic Spanish Toasts.  Gluten free toast available on request.

 

~ Main Courses / Platos Principales ~

– San Miguel Beer Battered Fish N’ Chips

Fresh Fillet of natural Hake prepared in a homemade crispy ‘Madri™’ beer batter, with rustic chips, homemade Tartar sauce & warm Mushy peas.

 

– Spanish ‘Albóndigas’ Meatballs with Tapas ‘Patatas Bravas’.

Melt in the mouth spicy meatballs that are prepared in a rich Andulcian style vine tomato sauce with garlic & paprika.  Served with spicy Patatas ‘Bravas’ & mixed crispy leaf salad.

 

~ Chicken ‘Pollo’ Marbella

Pan roasted chicken breast, sliced spicy Spanish Chorizo sausage & sautéed onions in a rich creamy Vine tomato & white wine sauce.  Served on a bed of creamy mashed potato & garnished with black olive tapenade & roasted carrot curls.

– Braised Lamb Shank with ‘Viño Tinto Jus’ (cf)

Fall off the bone shank of Wicklow lamb oven braised 6 hours with creamy buttered mash potato & mixed roast vegetables with a ‘Vino Tinto’ Rioja red wine Jus reduction.

– Pan Fried Seabass (cf)

Pan fried fresh fillet of Wild Sea Bass cooked in a chunky rustic spiced tomato, olive oil & roasted red pepper salsa sauce with sweet carrot, Spanish green olives & capers; served with a side of roast rustic Spanish potatoes.

– Flamed ‘Asado’ Striploin Steak  (€7.50 Steak supplement)

30 day hung & aged tender 10oz prime Striploin Steak cooked Argentinean ‘Asado’ style on the open flame lava rock grill. Served with choice of sauce, and with rustic chips & fresh mixed salad.   Please ask your server for choice of sauces available.  (CF)

 

– Paella Main Course (CF)

The traditional famous Spanish Saffron rice dish from Valencia with onions, peas & mixed peppers.  Three different varieties available:

  • Spanish Chorizo Sausage & Chicken option is available.
  • A mixed Vegetable dish is available.
  • A Mixed Meat, Seafood & Fish (Paella Valenciana) – €5.00 supplement.

~ Homemade Lentil & Mushroom Vegan-“Meatballs” with Tapas ‘Patatas Bravas’.

Hand-rolled & homemade green lentil & mushroom “no”-meatballs in a spicy tomato salsa.

Served with spicy Patatas ‘Bravas’ & mixed crispy leaf salad.

– Veggie Burrito Bowl (V)     

A deconstructed burrito with refried pinto beans, black-eyed-beans, warm Mexican rice, cheddar cheese, onions, mixed diced peppers, Jalapeños, Mexican tortilla chips topped with spicy Chipotle Smoked Jalapeño Adobo sauce, sour cream, ‘Pie de Galo’ salsa Roja, guacamole, freshly chopped coriander & lime wedges.
