Homemade breaded croquettes filled with béchamel, caramelised red onion and aged Spanish Manchego cheese with a sesame seed and honey dip.

Catalán style thick slices of toasted bread with garlic, basil, plum grated tomatoes and olive oil, topped with mature Spanish Manchego DOP sheep cheese shavings.

Asado Char grilled prawns on the skewer, lightly marinated in Piri Piri spices, served on a bed of peppery rocket salad with Manchego cheese shavings & a Balsamic reduction.

– Braised Lamb Shank with ‘Viño Tinto Jus’ (cf)
Fall off the bone shank of Wicklow lamb oven braised 6 hours with creamy buttered mash potato & mixed roast vegetables with a ‘Vino Tinto’ Rioja red wine Jus reduction.
– Rustic Wild Seabass (cf)
Pan Fried fresh fillet of Wild Seabass in a hearty Spanish black olive tomato salsa sauce with a hint of chill & surf clams. Served on a bed of creamed mash potatoes with bbq charred asparagus spears & baby carrots
~ Homemade Lentil & Mushroom Vegan-“Meatballs” with Tapas ‘Patatas Bravas’.
Hand-rolled & homemade green lentil & mushroom “no”-meatballs in a spicy tomato salsa.

Pan roasted chicken breast, sliced spicy Spanish Chorizo sausage & sautéed onions in a rich creamy Vine tomato & white wine sauce. Served on a bed of creamy mashed potato & garnished with a black olive tapenade & micro greens.
– Flamed ‘Asado’ Striploin Steak (€7.50 Steak supplement)
30 day hung & aged tender 10oz prime Striploin Steak cooked Argentinean ‘Asado’ style on the open flame lava rock grill. Served with choice of sauce, and with rustic chips & fresh mixed salad. Please ask your server for choice of sauces available. (cf)
